Roger is recognised as a high-profile sales and marketing specialist in the UK, Europe and Asia regions. He gained significant experience having worked in key management positions for Hilton Hotels, Marco Polo Hotels and Pan Pacific Hotels.  

Roger then founded Alliance Hotels Consultants Ltd in 2001 offering consultancy services to the luxury travel and tourism markets.

In 2011, Roger bought an empty Victorian mansion that would become Glencoe House, a five-star, 14-suite hotel on the West Coast of Scotland. The hotel prompted a new, innovative perspective to the luxury UK hotel market by creating novel guest experiences with unprecedented suites and introducing a unique dining experience. Glencoe House was successfully sold, and Roger created Glenmorven Associates Ltd, which is a founding business partner of Buell Hospitality.
