In situations where certain recommendations require specialist input, a Buell consultant or Business Partner organisation may, at the discretion of the owner, be invited to assist. |
Outsourced Business Services | Buell’s hotel support services include revenue management, accounting and procurement, sales and marketing, and HR. We simply plug in the service on an outsourced basis and the function seamlessly becomes part of your business’s day-to-day operations. See below for further information. |
Hotel Management 'Lite' | Working with owners and general managers to continually monitor the performance and progress of a business, Buell provides ongoing input, advice and support to help you optimise your hotel’s operations and profitability. |
Full Hotel Management | Buell provides comprehensive hotel management services with full responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day and month-to-month operations, affording owners total peace of mind. Buell’s responsibilities include: strategy and direction, in partnership with the owner; staffing and recruitment; financial management; and other support functions. Management accounts, monthly progress reports and in-depth details of commercial challenges are also provided. Six-month minimum term required. Owner’s responsibilities include capital expenditure for property enhancement. |

All services are provided on a monthly basis for a fixed monthly fee
All services are provided with a minimum six-month commitment
Any service maybe be terminated on the provision of one month’s notice
