A Case Study: Rockliffe Hall Golf & Spa Resort
Rockliffe Hall is a five-star golf & spa hotel with an award-winning spa, championship golf course and exceptional food and drink. Set within 375 acres of stunning English countryside in County Durham, the hotel offers luxurious rooms and suites, a 50,000-square-foot spa, an 18-hole championship golf course, and award-winning dining.
The objective was to implement a CRM and marketing automation solution tailored to hospitality needs, enabling Rockliffe Hall to gain a 360-degree view of their guests’ preferences and behaviour, utilise guest data for personalised marketing campaigns, drive direct bookings, and increase revenue.
Since 2017, Rockliffe Hall utilises For-Sight for customer segmentation, marketing automation, ultra-personalised communication and reporting. Integrating with key systems like OHIP by Opera, ResDiary, and Premier Software, For-Sight significantly helped inform the marketing strategy. After implementing automated pre-stay communications, Rockliffe Hall saw a 47% increase in average room revenue (2023).
