A Case Study: Dornoch Castle
Dornoch Castle Hotel is a 15th century castle-turned-hotel with 14 rooms, a fine dining restaurant, and its own distillery crafting their own unique whiskies, set in the beautiful historic town of Dornoch. It Is an idyllic location for a dream Scottish castle wedding.
Hop wanted to provide Dornoch Castle with a value for money PMS that would improve operational efficiency, reduce costs whilst also providing their guests with a seamless booking journey that increased direct bookings and reducing the need for costly OTA’s.
Our onboarding team worked closely with Beatrice and the Dornoch team to ensure their key objectives were met and provided a seamless and smooth migration to Hop. Dornoch Castle have seen a reduction in their monthly costs which they are now able to invest in other areas of the business,
