Navigator Law

Navigator is a bespoke employment law, HR, data protection and health & safety practice based in the West End of Edinburgh. We provide audit, compliance, advisory, legal and consultancy services to clients across Scotland and the UK.

We support organisations across many sectors including Hospitality, Food & Drink, Technology, the Third Sector, Accountancy, Social Care and Renewables. Europe’s largest independent school, one of the UK’s best known recruitment businesses and one of the UK’s most recognized food brands are counted among our clients. We are able to tailor our offering to our clients’ particular needs and requirements: our largest client has 27,000 employees spread across the UK, and our smallest has five.

We have a particular understanding of the hospitality sector. Since our launch in 2011, we have grown our offering and client base within the sector by consistently listening to our hospitality clients about their current and upcoming issues and concerns. This approach has allowed us to stand out from a crowded marketplace and permitted us to be recognised by the sector as leading the way.
