A Case Study: Mingary Castle
Mingary Castle is perched on a picturesque promontory on the west coast of Scotland on Ardnamurchan Estate. A 13th century castle, it was restored to its former glory in 2016 and in 2021 it reopened as a restaurant with rooms. It is run by chef patron Colin Nicholson and has four bedrooms.
Owner Colin Nicholson wanted to put Mingary Castle on the map as a culinary destination. Using a mix of digital marketing and PR we set out to raise his profile and that of the business in order to increase awareness of the business and drive bookings.
